How fast can I get money?
Generally within an hour of coming in to see us with your unencumbered, registered vehicle that is in a roadworthy condition. Bring in proof of ownership (normally rego papers) and 2 forms of ID (1 with a photo)
What is the Term of the Loan?
Normally our loans are for a minimum of 30 days with a maximum of 90 days with a monthly percentage rate (MPR) of 25%. However, we have some flexible options when it comes to our easy business loans Brisbane wide which include Our 10 for 10 Deal, 10% for 10 days (conditions apply).
How Much Can I Borrow?
AutoPawn will lend between 50% to 60% of the wholesale/market value of your asset dependant on age, mileage and condition.
Any Fees?
There are no application or establishment fees. Nor are there any fees for payment transfers.
Do you hold on to my vehicle?
Normally YES, we do hold your vehicle in our secure and alarmed holding facility as collateral security, however subject to availability we may offer an insured courtesy vehicle for the duration of our car title loans (terms and conditions apply).
What will it Cost me?
Our loans are for 1 to 90 days, unless an extension is agreed upon by both parties, during that time you will need to pay all outstanding interest, and the principle amount of the initial loan. AutoPawns monthly percentage rate (M.P.R) is calculated at 25% per month or part thereof . As an example if you were to have a loan of $1,000 your interest would be $250 each 30 days period, for a maximum of 90 days.
This equates to a Annual Percentage Rate (A.P.R.) of 300%. However we stress that these loans are specifically designed to be short term loans of between 1 and 90 days not annual loans.
What happens if I can not or do not pay back the loan?
The maximum term of our loans is 90 days, however if you pay your monthly interest payments on time we may agree to extend the contract period. Talk to us we will always try to help.
Should you fail to negotiate or enter into an agreement to pay your monthly interest payments or respond to contact from us, 24/7 Money Pty Ltd. will keep your item in lieu of loan repayment (including all outstanding interest, principle, holding fees and selling costs incurred). As per The Second-hand Dealers Act 2003 Part 4 , Section 62 Subsection (2)
You won’t be contacted by debt collectors and your credit rating won’t be affected.
